    After a technical visit to a property in the municipality of Mogi Mirim – SP, focusing on corn cultivation where we consider all management during the crop cycle, observing points for improvement in general management issues (phytosanitary, nutritional, etc.), and in structural survey focused on agricultural implements and all existing machinery on the property, in order to identify areas for improvement or even replacement of idle implements or those that could be better used, for better development of activities, applying more efficient agronomic techniques, We tried to pass on some recommendations to the producer.

    To prepare our work, we carried out a technical visit at Fazenda Barroca Specialty Coffee, located in the city of Guapé-MG, on the banks of Lake Furnas. The region is a transition area between the Atlantic Forest and Cerrado biomes. The property is located in a typical Cerrado area, and the crops planted have management typical of the Triângulo Mineiro region, with intensive use of mechanization and technology.

    This work presents an analysis of Fazenda Santa Rosa, located in Porto Ferreira - SP. An interview was carried out with rural producer Olivio Jacon and his son Guilherme. The property has 400 hectares, of which 380 hectares are used for plantation. The cultivation is mainly of grains. (Soy in the summer, corn in the off-season and wheat in the winter).
