    This article has as its theme the new directions of HR in companies, a relevant theme in the current business, characterized by constant changes arising from the increase in competitiveness, globalization and technological advances. The research problem guiding the study is as follows: how HR has helped companies in their new perspective of acting? To answer this question, the main objective of the research focuses on to describe the main factors that are part of the new directions of HR in organizations. You Secondary objectives are to present the role and importance of HR to the companies, narrate the history of HR and its evolution to the model that currently exists and describe the main challenges of the sector through the new directions demanded by the market. THE The methodology used is the bibliographic review and the main conclusions reached point to to the importance of the evolution of HR to the present time, in which the competencies of the employees have been more valued, as it is an important component of the strategic management of organizations.
