    The main focus of this project is to conduct a detailed analysis of the operations of the Joaquim Teixeira Farm, examining its management practices, operational efficiency and contribution to sustainability. The location of the Farm in the Southeast region, which is home to the second largest cattle herd in the country, provides a favorable environment for the development of livestock and agricultural activities. This reality boosts production and creates opportunities to meet the growing demand for quality products, highlighting the importance of adopting practices that ensure competitiveness in the market.
