But even so, teachers try to do what they can and with great commitment so that the student has a quality education and learning. The teacher needs to understand what the word process actually means and expand their ideas of assessment practices, always observing and guiding students, and trying to identify the knowledge constructed and also the difficulties.

José de Alencar Municipal School is located in an urban neighborhood with a rich local history. Most of the students are local residents, and their families have diverse cultural backgrounds, which contributes to a multicultural environment. Teacher Ana Paula wants to take advantage of this diversity to enrich her students’ learning.

Where literacy and the process of literacy, reflecting on its concepts, differentiating them so that it is clear what each means, by working together. Thus, it can be seen that over the literacy process, each stage serves as a basis for the student's understanding and that the teacher changes positively impact student progress and interaction in school. We will also reflect on the importance of the Pedagogue in discovering methods of active literacy skills, in a way that is effective and appropriate, leading them to a path of learning where assimilation goes beyond the simple learning process, writing, reading and acquiring the ability to put into practice what you learn in your day to day day, reflecting, interpreting, understanding and analyzing every moment of your routine. We received a proposal to work as a pedagogical coordinator at Colégio Mother Teresa, traditional school run by a religious community. the new government proposed to implement new methods and the previous coordinator refused to assume the position and the challenge of incorporating all these new changes in the school. Finally, there will be suggestions on the contribution of literacy and the literacy process to the teaching-learning of early childhood education and, in a playful way, familiarize and prepare the children to elementary school, ensuring the good development of students. Mathematical literacy takes students beyond calculation. it is necessary to think also in the skills of quantity, ordering, problem solving, as well as the classification, numbering, writing, visual and symbolic representation. Therefore, it is important that the teacher brings to the practice of mathematics in the classroom: toys, games, counting, texts, conversation wheel. That is, it is necessary that the teacher enable situations for the student to ask, instigate to seek and understand, bring challenges that allow the student to experience mathematics through day-to-day experiences in a pleasant and efficient. (NACARATO, 2018). Teaching mathematics is not just teaching students. numbers and their spelling. Therefore, the student must think and reflect, explore, investigate a certain content proposed by the teacher. The teacher provides activities significant, such as games, reading and writing, issues of which it expands the students' learning possibilities.

Before that, there were no stories aimed at children due to the lack of identification of childhood pre-established by society, and it is from the rise of the bourgeois family that the origin of children's literature begins, a period in which the child finally, starts to be considered a being that differs from the adult, with its own characteristics and needs, and literary works are produced especially for them. The classic fairy tales known until now were followed by the French writer Charles Perrault and his brothers, Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm. In Brazil, in 1920, the writer Monteiro Lobato -considered one of the main authors of children's stories in the country- launched his first book dedicated to the young audience.

The use of such a tool is already quite common in private schools, but the same does not occur in public schools, especially those where they are located in a low-income region. the expansion of technology has been happening very quickly, but mainly in very poor communities where access to it is still restricted, there are still professionals who are against its use in the classroom.
