In order to analyze the impacts that the dismissal of an employee can have directly on cash flow, a study was carried out based on the units identified in this quarter, which are: Personnel Administration and Labor Obligations and Company Evaluation. To conclude this work, some tools were used, in particular the flow of cash, pre and post shutdown simulation and payback to verify the possible return through the strategy taken, so that its concepts and calculation form will be presented throughout this project.

Every accounting entry must follow the criteria established by the Accounting Standards, Principles and Conventions, and all entries must be registered, with documentation necessarily proving the occurrence of the entry, such as: invoices, duplicates, invoices, among others.

In this project, the objective is to carry out an analysis of the last three financial statements presented by the company Ambev S.A., through vertical and horizontal analysis, as well as to elaborate the liquidity and activity indicators presented by the elected company. Decision-making indicators are extremely important tools for managers to be able to measure the company's efficiency. The data obtained through these indicators also make decisions more assertive, based on concrete figures.

In this project, the objective is to carry out a theoretical analysis on the structure of the independent auditors' report, in addition, to comment and analyze the items and sections of the structure of the independent auditors' report on the Financial Statements without modification, in addition, to analyze the report of a real company in terms of structure, type and whether it complies with NBCTA 700. The company Itaú Unibanco Holding SA was chosen by mutual agreement between the team to carry out the analyses. It will also be discussed in this project how is the structure of an accounting expert report and the differentiation of the processes of mediation, conciliation and accounting arbitration.
