Companies continually seek to maximize their results and achieve better performance than their competitors. But many of these fail to succeed because they have no real knowledge of the legal obligations to keep the company in the market. It's not enough to just have a good idea, open a door and you're done, a business is open. The objective of this paper is to analyze the company in the accounting environment, with all its segments: Shareholders' Equity, Income Statement (EPS), Balance Sheet and IGP-M (General Market Price Index).

When brainstorming becomes a habit, it becomes easier for employees (and leaders themselves) to anticipate market trends and tackle problems using collaboration and creativity. Focus on Quantity: The more ideas, the better. Brainstorming accepts that quality can be found within quantity.

Due to globalization, it is of paramount importance that every company needs to remain in the market, to know factors of the economy and how these affect the company's activities. It is essential that managers are attentive to changes occurring in the external environment of their organizations, always trying to predict future contexts and adapt before it is too late, avoiding situations like entropy. The purpose of this project is to carry out an analysis on some factors of the economy such as: GDP, Development and Growth; Organizational Environment and The Foreign Market; and how they affect the company's activities positively and negatively.

It is necessary to know all the tax burden imposed on companies, to plan in the long run, to invest in employee training, machinery, etc. The purpose of this paper is to analyze a real company, and understand this process that involves its opening and maintenance. The entrepreneur needs to understand that any time changes can occur and the financial projections change, so the importance of the Business Budget and all its ramifications.
