The Conceptual Framework exists to help introduce study and guidance. It will contribute to the standardization of confection until the product of all this effort can reach users who will use this material to make decisions.

Because, there are several ways to carry out a corporate reorganization, it depends a lot on what the company, its partners and investors intend to do. But among the main modalities, there are operations known as mergers, divisions, incorporations and transformations. Each type has different characteristics, but they can be applied regardless of the legal type.
