A labor liability management plan will be prepared, addressing the management of labor liabilities, the quantitative methods applied to business, the legal aspects of the corporate structure, the applied statistics, and finally the working capital management.

    The purpose of this project is to analyze the labor liabilities of a company, and their short and long term consequences. The company studied in this project was RL Assi Transportes LTDA. With the help of the teachers and the knowledge gained during the lectures we came to a conclusion, and a suggestion to intervene so that the damages are repaired in accordance with the CLT and the legislation, causing the least possible financial loss.

    Our Interdisciplinary Project will focus on the management of labor liabilities of a company in the food industry. We have developed a fictional bagged chips production company, our company will be Cantinhos das Fritas LTDA. The topics to be worked on will be BUSINESS CONSTITUTION, LABOR LIABILITIES, LABOR CALCULATIONS AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS.
