    This project aims to conduct a field study of the company Moara Empório Café. This company was chosen because it is in constant development despite its short period of time and presents us the opportunity to offer this work as a tool for its management. The company operates in the area of commerce, favoring the sale of food and coffee, always seeking to offer its customer a rich option in food at any time of the day.
