    The work is a legal opinion on a hypothetical case of a family containing legal problems which it was necessary to solve and resolve the doubts addressed by customers. With these doubts, we were able to address the subjects studied in the classroom, namely: Agrarian and Agribusiness Law, Administrative Law, Social Security Law, Environmental Law and International Law.

    The Duarte Gonçalves are a traditional family from the Midwest region of Brazil, in Mato Grosso. They are renowned for their fortunes and the large amount of land they own, and are also located in almost the entire national territory. The family also has a strong influence in the National Congress. Finally, in view of the above, the conclusion was made through doctrines, menus, principles, articles and the Federal Constitution.
