    The purpose of this paper is to know the performance of DELPHI AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS from the perspective of three different points regarding social and environmental responsibilities, to understand human behavior within the organization and the influence that the company imposes on the society around it. Thus, it is possible to understand the role that a company plays not only in the economic environment, but also directly in the life of the population. This semester's study units have clearly guided us to address the company's social and environmental actions. Each study unit contributed in a distinct but interconnected area to the completion of the project. In Labor Relations in Contemporary Society, we approached real information about the city where the study company is located. Through the analyzed data, we can identify the quality of life of the population that is directly or indirectly linked to the company

    This project will refer to Café Pacaembu, where we will address issues related to the Socioeconomic and Demographic Location of the Company, Human Behavior in Organizations and the Environment in conjunction with Scientific Methodology and Projects. Pacaembu Coffee is currently one of the most developed and renowned companies in coffee grinding and roasting in Latin America. The group was based on this choice to deepen their knowledge of the organization and the transparency of the data provided, facilitating access to information. To make a brief analysis regarding the Socioeconomic and Demographic Location of the Company, our group sought information from the socioeconomic context of the municipality where the organization is located, along with graphs and tables based on official websites, as well as Sidra.

    The topic addressed was ICASA's Socio-Environmental Actions and their Impacts on the Environment and Andradian Population. We chose the company because it is well known in the sanitary ware business and is one of the largest companies in the city where it is located. In Human Behavior in Organizations, we analyzed through interviews with company employees, the internal situation of the work environment. The interview consisted of a semi-structured questionnaire, which helped to conclude that the company environment is harmonious. In Scientific Methodology, it was approached the research methods that guided us to the elaboration of the questionnaire, also approaching how to elaborate a theme with objective, problem, justification, hypothesis and how to format an academic work. In Labor Relations at the Contemporary Society, the socioeconomic situation of the municipality of Andradas, where the company is located, was studied. ATLAS BRASIL was used as a base, which makes it possible to demonstrate the points that the company can contribute to the development of the local community.

    This integrated project aims to analyze the social and environmental environment, the theme addressed was the Socio-Environmental Actions of the International Paper Company and Its Impacts on the Environment, where we will analyze the human behavior within the organization, its social balance and its sustainability. The company chosen was International Paper, located in the municipality of Mogi Guaçu - SP. We chose the company for working directly with substances deposited in the atmosphere, for causing a great impact on the environment and also for being a company that generates significant growth in the city where it is located.

    P&G (Procter & Gamble) called our attention to do this work, as it is one of the major multinationals that has settled in Brazil. It has numerous brands related to hygiene and cleanliness. In addition to these reasons we chose it because it is a very attractive company to study, because the data we need to carry out the project were very explicit on the research sites. In this project we study some fundamentals and acquire the following data: In the human behavior of organizations we study the internal part of the company and also perform the consulting providing the necessary conditions for development and improvement. In the scientific methodology and design we study the ways we should format our work.

    The objective of the Integrated Project was to obtain a social report of a given company considering the organizational diagnosis and showing how it relates to the society around it. In Scientific Methodology and Projects it was understood the general rules and phases for the elaboration of a research project, based on the importance of the reference to avoid plagiarism and to recognize the author's work, the differences of citations being Indirect and Direct and the diversification of the use of a review for a summary. Particularly it refers to the formatting and planning of a research project. Human Behavior in Organizations defines how the company deals with its employees, representing the organizational role and how the company is facing the rules. Environment, Business and Social Responsibility is the context of the Interdisciplinary Project, the social balance, that is, what is and how the company reverses its actions in the environmental socioeconomic parameter, however if the company reuses recyclable products, reduces the cost and resources. with the need for sustainability.

The group opted for Banco Bradesco due to the large number of information and courses it offers, as well as the exceptional treatment with its clients, quality observed through the interview. With its focus on continuous innovation and social and environmental concern, points that further highlight its market, the association is one of the largest banking industries in Brazil, being elected the most valuable bank in Latin America for four consecutive years.
