    Through the dynamic Brainstorm, a tool very used in process management and very flexible in its applications, because it is literally a brainstorming in which a group of people can speak their suggestions without being inhibited of the idea presented, looking for solutions or new projects, even if not followed. Using this tool the group had several ideas: The idea of working with cosmetic products was given, since Brazil is a growing country in this consumption.

    This integrated project was developed, according to a survey that aimed to analyze the different sectors of the company UNILEVER BRASIL LTDA, according to what was requested and in line with the fundamental disciplines of the environmental management system and its social impacts: Environment, business and responsibilities business, norm ISO 14.001, work relationship in contemporary society., economic systems and social impacts, sociology at work, as well as an environmental management system, where an analysis was made regarding the formation of an environmental conscience suggesting the encouraging progressive changes in the employees' lifestyle through the topic “support for workers so that they can understand the essence of environmental issues.
