The company chosen is a fictional clothing and accessories store, designed according to the project's purpose and its notes. The second discipline presented will be Labor Liability Management, where three different situations that the company could face and the preventive way of ensuring that they do not occur in accordance with the CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) and SINCOMERCIO LABOR CONVENTION were presented.
