    It is a legal opinion formulated for the consultant Renato, about the events now debated, involving his ex-spouse, the current mayor Adriana, and Nicholas, chief attorney of the city, as well as the actions taken by her during her term. The dispute deals with, the typical conduct practiced by Adriana, against the consultant and the chief prosecutor, because they had a loving relationship, in which, the Mayor had no knowledge. A priori, Adriana, having gained popular support, through the complaints made through her social networks, from the previous management, became known by the municipal population as the “citizen reporter”, her posts contained more reach than the local press.

    In view of all the above, it is concluded a priori that Isabel would not be entitled to the maternity salary, but studying the case more carefully, it is understood that she has the legitimacy to be entitled to the benefit, since she maintains employment with Marcelo and the same as an employer are obliged to collect from the (RGPS) Social Security System. Thus, proving this link, the querent is entitled to the benefit.
