    We know that without communication it is essential to have good feedback and this is valid for all areas of our lives, especially in the case of a more formal area, which is that of work, as we cannot somehow mix the professional with the liberal because people are there following a work pattern, and with regard to that, it is extremely important to maintain ethics and professional order in the work environment so that there is healthy communication and everyone has a professional return of quality to the point of being a pleasure to be in that particular work environment. Although this scenario is very wonderful and inspiring, it is not what we see on a daily basis in many work environments.
