    The present study aims to analyze the E-commerce business modality, based on a literature review, internet research and a case study of this business model. The work is based on a business model that is currently on the rise. Due to the Brazilian economic situation totally influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, since the demand and search for solutions in the midst of the crisis had a significant increase in this business model.
