The objective in the discipline of administration has the essential purpose of making people reach their goals by solving problems and meeting their needs, it is an area that encompasses several theories, concepts and techniques. The Fundamentals of Economics module introduces economic problems and systems, and economics can also be divided into two basic branches: macroeconomics and microeconomics.

    Through this IP, the functioning of the job selection processes will be demonstrated. We will demonstrate throughout this work basic processes for analyzing and creating the required positions, and how proper planning is done to carry out all the necessary processes regarding the creation and filling of positions. Another factor to report will be how the profile of the recruits is directly responsible for the company's success, ie how their personality and their commitment to your company will reflect on their career.
