    Analisando o artigo levantado na fundamentação, é possível observar que o ato indisciplinado praticado por Pedro no local de trabalho é considerado causa justa para a decisão de rescisão do contrato de trabalho por parte do empregador, portanto, o Pedro foi corretamente rescindido.
