    In this project, an analysis will be made of what teamwork is like and the forms of communication used by people in the company. MedNet, which is a medical and occupational safety company, located in Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais, was chosen. To have more information and make the project complete, we conducted an interview with Luciana Câmara Bertozzi, who is the manager of the establishment. We will also highlight the need for communication and the real usefulness for society in general.

    In this integrated project, we are going to talk about the company Magazine Luiza, which operates in the retail sector, currently has 900 physical and e-commerce stores, owns famous brands such as Netshoes, Zattini and Shoestock and the brand's marketplace gathers around 8 thousand sellers. Magazine Luiza was created in the 1950s in the city of Franca, in the interior of São Paulo, and has become a large company guided by development cycles, with Luiza Helena Trajano as its CEO, also based on Marcelo Silva's mandate as leader of the company and Frederico Trajano is the current manager.
