    The present work brings a bibliographic review on the subject of capacitism and public policies, using, together, a theoretical reference made available by the faculty. Furthermore, a questionnaire intended for caregivers was used as a data collection instrument at a focal level, accompanied by a thematic analysis. There was also a visit by some of the collaborators of this project to the Casa Branca IR, which helped the group understand the subject.

    The present work proposes an ethical approach on the context of obesity, making use of behavioral sciences - above all, Neuropsychology - and biological sciences. With a bibliographical research, widely discussed among the collaborators of the work, we sought a broad and enlightening understanding of the context of obesity and, also, on how to help the population inserted in this context according to their needs. For that, we also made use of 01 (one) lecture.
