    This project aims to propose the creation of a company. We chose to work with DURAMAIS TOGETHER. The project aims to manage the company from the conception of your idea, and constituting it in accordance with the Legislation Brasileira, thus establishing the company with due regularity before its obligations with the State and Society. As the title of the work is “LIABILITIES WORKERS IN COMPANIES”, the purpose of which is to consider the possible labor liabilities that may occur in the company and the intention of the project is to organize the company in order to mitigate the occurrence of liabilities.

    The objective of this work is to analyze the social and environmental impacts obtained with the implementation of strategic environmental management in a company, using as a guideline the ISO 14000, which is a series of international standards for environmental management stipulated by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization). Nowadays, with the globalized world, the environmental management and planning of companies can be the differential in the choice of their products and services by customers.
