In this project, we will highlight efficient ideas and methods for the evolution and innovation of a successful company and, in addition, we will implement the methods with technology that will be aligned to all processes to bring agility and good results for the good of all. The objective is to develop a networking platform that allows people and companies to connect in search of exchanging information and knowledge, whether to develop a project or to solve a problem.

According to the current scenario of the business world, whatever the sector, we understand that a company needs a set of governance strategies, whose managers apply in their operations to provide better performance to processes. For this matter, there is a methodology that organizes a production process, for example, and keeps it under constant evaluation, with the aim of guaranteeing efficiency in the process, this methodology is called Continuous Improvement. According to Bessant, Caffyn and Gallagher (2000), “continuous improvement can be defined as an incremental, focused and continuous innovation process, involving the entire organization". This article aims to present the methodology of Continuous Improvement and apply, in simplified way, a PDCA Cycle in a practical way, in a process of a Digital marketing.

ERA ESCOLA DIGITAL, startup focused on developing people and networking, generating disruptive professionals and projects that can change the world in the future, with a method of integrated teaching where there is no need for teachers and face-to-face centers, introducing a new modality of education in the country and in the world. Our program aims to offer free courses and content similar to a college or specializations in several areas, with courses lasting up to 3 years, can be completed in up to 6 months, depending on the student, their focus and interaction with the project.

This semester, in the Logistics Management module, we will analyze individually each step of an operational process of a real company, and identify, based on the subjects developed in the semester, how each process works in the practice and through this analysis, we will develop ideas for improvements that aim to greater process fluidity, better efficiency and effectiveness, identification of failures and, according to with the results obtained, restructure the company's processes, reducing costs and identifying the feasibility of investments that will increase the company's profits.
