From this, it is possible to identify improvement and decision-making by the company's leaders and managers. The work also aims to present the structure of the personnel department, clearly depicting payroll management, benefits and management of labor liabilities. This work sought to analyze the reality of Brazil, as the country exhibits a worrying scenario, with a mismatch between the shortage of labor and the high rate of unemployment. The methodology used to carry out this scientific work was the bibliographical and exploratory research in existing materials and documents. Although companies express considerable difficulty in finding specialized professionals, they still invest little in qualification, there is a lack of discernment so that there is involvement by the management of companies in the training of professionals. However, there is a layer of the population unprepared for advances in the labor market, without the minimum knowledge necessary to become a professional.
