In other words, not only paying attention to the subjects, but also mediating conflicts, encouraging students to have a good coexistence, self-esteem and independence, the teacher mentioned above should not be more concerned with the content than with the students' problems, as a Children with psychological problems don't learn, they don't trust themselves and little by little they lose self-confidence, considering that the teacher didn't even let the student tell what had happened, placing his demand for the material above what happened. A truly democratic management is a management that applies citizenship in the school space, welcomes the community and employees, respects and listens to their opinion, without disregarding the minority. The action that, through democratic management, makes the team of employees and the community act organically, with a view to expanding training for citizenship and its exercise is: Develop a PPP, a political pedagogical project, which aims at training aimed at citizenship and respect for differences, with constant assessment of the community's living conditions, what they need and their problems. Establish goals taking into account the environment in which it operates and all other aspects of citizenship.Item Literatura e Formação(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-06-30) SIQUEIRA, Marina GonçalvesThe National Education Plan (PNE) 2014–2024 seeks, predominantly in its Goal 4, to universalize school attendance for students with disabilities, global developmental disorders and high abilities or giftedness, preferably in the regular education network. The results of the Goal revealed, in different age groups, discrepancies in the access and rate of schooling, literacy and illiteracy between the population with and without disabilities. The observed differences are accentuated in the population with intellectual and motor disabilities. Such data corroborate the need to rebuild the school educational model for the effective inclusion of people with disabilities.
