In this context, the Integrated Project (IP) entitled “Trends and Challenges in Agribusiness” aims to analyze in depth the financial health and main activities of a company in the sector. The objective is to understand how the company positions itself in relation to current market trends and identify the main challenges it faces in its operations. To this end, a survey of the main activities developed by the company will be carried out, focusing on the evaluation of its financial structure, operational practices and its insertion in the agricultural ecosystem.

    The financial and labor situation of Pesk Pag Morada do Sol will be presented and analyzed, where improvements will be proposed that contribute to its development. In the financial analysis, the sources of revenue, fixed and variable expenses, profitability, equilibrium point and debt will be evaluated. Cash flow control and debt management will also be examined in order to optimize financial results. In the labor analysis, it will be verified if Pesk Pag Morada do Sol fulfills legal obligations related to employment contracts, working hours, overtime payment, safety at work and training.
