(FUNDAÇÃO DE ENSINO OCTAVIO DA SILVA BASTOS, 2024-04-01) TAKA, Carlos Eduardo Martinez; OLIVEIRA, Rafaela Medeiros de; CARAÇA, Benedita Aparecida de Souza; SILVA, Rodrigo José Soares da; PEREIRA, Fernando Aparecido dos Santos; MARUDI, Rodrigo; COLOZZO, Carlos
During the pandemic, which began in 2019, several sectors have seen a decline in their economies due to actions taken to to contain the spread of the virus, causing companies and local businesses closed their doors, resulting in losses. As a result, electronic commerce grew during the isolation, as it was the way out for consumers to return to make their purchases and also due to the fact that many preferred to use the internet leaving home. E-commerce is certainly able to deal with the crisis, as it was seen that is a trade that is increasingly renewing itself with new consumption behaviors and ensuring greater trust for their consumers. The expectation is that this growth will be continuous, as it is inserted in several industries such as: food, pharmaceutical, real estate, vehicles, advertising and others. Statistical data demonstrates the increased use of digital platforms, as growth is reflected by account of the pandemic.
