In the proposed extension project for the Controllership module, we were challenged to carry out the financial and economic analysis of the company Adenilson Moraes Rosa Luiz. For that, we use managerial indicators related to the decision-making process, in allowing you to analyze the company's activities more precisely. In this way, it was possible define which strategies and actions should be incremented to contribute to the entrepreneur in the management of his business, and consequently, maximize the results of the same.

In the proposed extension project for the Audit and Expertise module, we have challenge to analyze the measures of value for a Third Sector company, and this study will be put into practice with the verification and analysis of how internal control is carried out and the organization's cash flow, in addition to surveying the best practices labor laws to comply with current legislation and conclude with the preparation of a accounting expert report on information related to payroll. But, after all, what are Third Sector companies? The Third Sector is made up of public and private non-profit organizations profitable, whose main objective is to generate a positive impact on society, based on actions and activities aimed at reducing social inequalities. As main examples of companies in this sector, we can mention: Foundations, Beneficent Entities, Funds Community, Non-Profit Entities, Institutes and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). In view of the knowledge presented in the paragraph above, for the realization of the project, we chose the University Center of the Octávio Bastos Teaching Foundation (UNIFEOB). In this way, with the company defined and based on the contents taught by the professors throughout the semester, we sought better methods and tools to develop a excellent project, aligning theoretical knowledge with practical application. Finally, at the end From this module, we hope to achieve all the objectives proposed at the beginning.

When it comes to the company Yandra Araujo Afros e Cachos we can observe its good management being a company that strictly fulfills its activity and labor obligations in order to never come close to having labor liabilities or something like strong complaints and criticism, showing its strong character in the delivery of quality and reliability of its processes becoming known for such feats. Therefore, the article helped us to keep the company aware of its duties so that labor liabilities do not hinder its development.

Estimated to correspond to 24.5% of Brazil's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), according to data from the Center for Advanced Studies in Applied Economics - CEPEA Esalq/USP, agribusiness is among the country's main economic activities, playing a crucial in supporting the Brazilian family and supplying food to several countries around the world. With such relevance to our reality and being a hot topic in the accounting world, it was decided that the theme for the extension project of the Special Topics module in the Accounting Sciences course is “Risks and Opportunities in Agribusiness”. To develop this mission, the academic semester provided communication between students, teachers and the manager of the selected company to survey, verify and suggest improvements, with the aim of helping an entity in our community and promoting the evolution of students in the area.
