    The main concept of the Business Consulting Project and the performance of a business consulting firm are very comprehensive (Paula Rodrigo, 2023). According to professor, doctor and consultant Djalma de Pinho Rebouças de Oliveira, the same person who created the curricular component of business consulting in undergraduate courses, defines it as a collaborative process in which an external agent assumes responsibility for helping executives and professionals of the company in their decision-making, without having direct control about the situation.

    This Business Consulting Project (PE), Electronic Medical Records, arises as a web tool with the aim of facilitating the work of professionals who work at Vida Leve, an extension of UNIFEOB, University Center Teaching Foundation Octávio Bastos, the Wellness School. This division of the university center is focused on students who are looking for an improvement in their notions of quality of life and who are looking for a way to evolve, thus giving back the knowledge that was presented to him during his training professional. The organization Escola de Bemestar is a project conceived in January 2020, focusing on the prevention and treatment of overweight/obesity. Then the use of a website would be of great help to individuals seeking practicality, in addition to showing the current technological potential.
