With regard to the Controllership Extension Project of the 6th module of Accounting Sciences, the aim was to propose a dialogue between the students and the company's organization, putting into practice all the knowledge obtained during the second semester of the 2022 school year. The company Paulo César Chaves ME - university establishment popularly known as "Cantina do Paulinho" - as instrument to be evaluated, developing a collection of data and information necessary provided by the owner of the site and, with that, consequently, the possible carrying out the construction of the main financial statements, such as: Income for the Year (DRE), Balance Sheet (BP), Cash Flow Statement (DFC) and Financial Indicators, considering that the main purpose is to demonstrate the vision accounting and guide the entrepreneur about the real financial situation of his company, with a broader view of your management so that, based on that, you have more information to take their decisions more accurately. However, in addition, for this development to If possible, each subject studied in the current Controllership module had its role fundamental.

In the proposed extension project for the Audit and Expertise module, we have challenge to analyze the measures of value for a Third Sector company, and this study will be put into practice with the verification and analysis of how internal control is carried out and the organization's cash flow, in addition to surveying the best practices labor laws to comply with current legislation and conclude with the preparation of a accounting expert report on information related to payroll. But, after all, what are Third Sector companies? The Third Sector is made up of public and private non-profit organizations profitable, whose main objective is to generate a positive impact on society, based on actions and activities aimed at reducing social inequalities. As main examples of companies in this sector, we can mention: Foundations, Beneficent Entities, Funds Community, Non-Profit Entities, Institutes and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). In view of the knowledge presented in the paragraph above, for the realization of the project, we chose the University Center of the Octávio Bastos Teaching Foundation (UNIFEOB). In this way, with the company defined and based on the contents taught by the professors throughout the semester, we sought better methods and tools to develop a excellent project, aligning theoretical knowledge with practical application. Finally, at the end From this module, we hope to achieve all the objectives proposed at the beginning.

Regarding the Applied Accounting Project of the 5th Science module Accounting, in general, the main proposal is to promote interaction between students and entrepreneurs of the organizations selected to participate in it, making the students can put into practice all the knowledge acquired in the classroom during the semester and, after developing them effectively, provide an accounting view of the organization for the owner.

Estimated to correspond to 24.5% of Brazil's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), according to data from the Center for Advanced Studies in Applied Economics - CEPEA Esalq/USP, agribusiness is among the country's main economic activities, playing a crucial in supporting the Brazilian family and supplying food to several countries around the world. With such relevance to our reality and being a hot topic in the accounting world, it was decided that the theme for the extension project of the Special Topics module in the Accounting Sciences course is “Risks and Opportunities in Agribusiness”. To develop this mission, the academic semester provided communication between students, teachers and the manager of the selected company to survey, verify and suggest improvements, with the aim of helping an entity in our community and promoting the evolution of students in the area.
