Through the graphs, we conclude that 50% of the people interviewed were aged between 20 and 30 years old, 52.5% are female, 50% do not practice physical exercises, 55% surf more than 4 hours a day on the internet, 50% suffer a lot of pressure at work due to the duty to meet their goals and challenges and their self-classification is 92.5% white people. Sustainability, according to Verdugo, can be presented as the balance between what is good for people and their communities and what is needed to maintain natural and social resources in order to guarantee the survival of human beings.
