In the context of Casa Nicolau, a furniture retail company with 38 years of history and a team of 11 employees, all dedicated to the company for more than a decade, we realized the need for a cultural update. Although this company has built a solid foundation with values consolidated over the years, it is imperative that it adapts to the demands of the current market. This academic extension project, which focuses on the people management module, appears as a unique opportunity to help this company face contemporary challenges. The consultancy offered will not only allow the retention of existing talents, but also the recruitment of new professionals who share the interest in being part of this organization.
