    This quarter, the company Coca Cola was chosen to carry out the work. It is currently the largest manufacturer of non-alcoholic drinks in the country and the world. It is present in more than 200 countries in which it operates not only in the production of cola-based soft drinks, but is also responsible for the production of drinks under the brands Schweppes, Sprite, Fanta, Crystal, Topo Chico and Kuat.

    We chose Gerdau to carry out the work. It is currently the largest Brazilian multinational steel producer, present in various sectors such as construction, automotive, shipbuilding, aviation, energy, machinery, among many others. We will apply the theme of the Integrated Project which is “Strategy in Logistics” using Gerdau company data as a basis, and we will detail each of the topics that were studied during this module, such as value chain management and product development, where we will detail the logistics strategy and the planning and control of the production capacity.

    We chose the company Soufer to carry out the work, which has the main economic activity the manufacture and trade of steel products, plates and profiles, metal tiles, tubes, thermoacoustic tiles for varied and usual applications, and which also develops innovative solutions for the use of steel products in Brazil in the industrial, agro-industrial and civil construction areas. Based on the information acquired when contacting the company, we will work on the topics of the work based on this information, bringing a little of what we learned in class, such as job descriptions, salaries, and career, personnel administration and labor obligations, specifying a little more about recruitment and selection and feedback on the selection process. After the theoretical part, we will also bring an explanatory video on management career path, where we will deal with topics such as personal biography, how to build a resume that stands out, how to properly attend an interview, and even even about factors that lead to a successful career.
