    The present work aims to present a detailed analysis of the processes that make up the supply chain of the company Toyota do Brasil Ltda and the main features of its logistics and supply management. As it is a vehicle manufacturer, its processes can be complex, however, the Toyota model (Toyota Production System) is seen as reference in the automotive sector as it is considered a comprehensive method for the process management aimed at problem solving and continuous improvement of its Law Suit. To demonstrate this, information and management practices will be presented. used by the company, from its different levels of suppliers to the final customer.
