In this study, the analysis focuses on Cometa Tintas, a leading company in the paint and coatings sector that has not yet adopted the Lei do Bem, but is interested in taking advantage of its benefits. The objective is to investigate how the adoption of this legislation could impact the company's risk and return rates, with a focus on improvements in innovation processes and the competitiveness of its products.

The objective of this project is to carry out a consultancy work partnership with Mega Eletrônicos, a company that operates in the retail trade and repairs of electronic products, in order to analyze their accounting, their strengths and weaknesses, and the From this, based on the knowledge acquired in the classroom, we developed a scenario for the company in question, and based on it suggest actions that can generate a better performance in their activities.

Plus size fashion has been gaining more and more space in the market, and stores dedicated to this audience have great potential for growth and success. To achieve these goals, it is important that the company has a well-defined and efficient strategy. In this sense, we present four very useful management tools, they are: Business Model Canvas, the SWOT Matrix, Design Thinking and the BSC. In this way, the use of these tools can be of great value for the development of a plus size clothing store, helping the company to better understand its business model and to identify the best strategies to stand out in the market.

The purpose of the work is to structure a "creative room" (decompression room) that can be implanted in the W7 in order to provide an area for rest, relaxation and inspiration for employees, so that production in the company in question is optimized. Stress and lack of motivation are great villains of productivity in companies, Marelli says that “according to research, 70% of people suffer from stress related to work, and this stress influences the motivation and productivity of these employees. Invest in solutions that increase employee happiness, reduce stress and expand the motivation can increase productivity by 50%."
