This interdisciplinary project aims to present in detail all the marketing plan developed at MedFast, from its creation to the application completion. Regarding the strategic elaboration of a company, thinking the way in which your product and/or service will be sold is of paramount importance to the success of the enterprise, since marketing is not just about advertising, as most people think, but it is also the square where the product/service will be incorporated; the price that will be charged, taking into account its cost and competitors; and the features that will differentiate your product/service of the other companies.

This academic work aims to demonstrate the importance of managing labor liabilities, which is the responsibility of the administrator; exposing their definitions, scope, consequences and possible solutions, respecting the laws that regulate labor relations; taking into account the situation in which Petrobras, the company chosen by the students who make up this project, is at the current moment. After a research carried out on the internet, which investigated what were the companies with higher labor debt, Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. was chosen, more known as Petrobras, an institution which occupies the second place in the ranking, behind Caixa Econômica Federal only. This organization was chosen in view of the great space it gained in news, magazines and newspapers after being initiated by the Police of Brazil, the Lava Jato operation, showing the set of investigations aiming to investigate a money laundering scheme that moved billions of reais in bribe. In addition, it took into account its great influence on the market and its vast number of collaborators, who are employees both in the area administrative as well as operational.

The main object of this project is the development of human relationships within the business environment, whether direct, through coexistence, or indirect, through payroll, careers program and others; between employees, members and guests of the Pocinhos do Rio Verde hotel. This enterprise was chosen during a discussion between the members of this interdisciplinary project, using aspects such as: the number of employees, the size of the hotel, its financial condition and how profitable it could be for the partners the suggestions and points of improvement that we, students of administration of UNIFEOB, we observed during the evaluation period of the company.

This project aims to use the IOT device developed by the same group of students from the first semester of 2023, and use it to interact with a database: reading, inserting, deleting and modifying data. The DEV-SE7E IOT device has the ability to interact with smartphones through an NFC sensor and insert data into the database, with the purpose of recording students' presence. It is worth noting that this data can be manipulated by a teacher, if necessary.

This article aims to demonstrate the consequences for public administration if you decide in favor of the legalization of marijuana in Brazil, a drug extracted from cannabis Sativa, a plant whose active ingredient is a substance called tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). In this sense, the results obtained in countries where marijuana was legalized; the quotients of surveys related to the sale and consumption of legal drugs, such as tobacco and alcoholic beverages; the long-term effects will be evaluated. caused by recreational use of marijuana; as well as the logical error that deals with the need to legalize this drug for medicinal purposes. All these results, obtained through serious investigations and reputable researchers, which will be addressed in detail throughout this academic work, they will help to complete the wear and tear that would be caused to the Brazilian public administration as a result of the legalization of marijuana, such as the areas of public health and safety.

Nowadays, NGOs face an increasing demand, with a growing number of people in need of support and assistance. In addition to daily challenges, such as resource scarcity, these organizations are confronted with a new reality influenced by three main factors: the redefinition of the role of the State, the effects of globalization, and changes in the market. The State, in seeking new forms of collaboration with the private sector and non-governmental organizations, reinforces the importance of civil society in providing essential services. Globalization, in turn, intensifies the connection between different contexts, presenting new social challenges that require quick and effective responses. Meanwhile, market transformations encourage a greater commitment to social responsibility, both from companies and individuals, who are increasingly engaging in relevant causes. As Kotler (2012, p. 46) aptly puts it, "customer satisfaction is the result of comparing their expectations with their perception of the product or service performance." Recognizing this premise, DevSete offers innovative solutions, such as a management system that helps NGOs better organize their needs, making it easier for donors to identify how they can contribute. With these tools, NGOs can optimize their use of resources and focus on supporting those who need it most. We will now deliver to the organization a system where they can register and control their inventory and the amount of cash donations received. With its implementation within the institution, we aim to reach a larger number of donors who will actually complete the donation process.
