    The integrated project aims to demonstrate the Units of Study. In this we will present the functioning of T&D (Training and Development) in the chosen company that will be AMBEV, which has the intention of encourage employees to develop within the company by having their skills improved. By learning about training and development methods, employees are able to perform their duties with more quality and productivity, directing positive results for the company. With the need diagnosis process, you can obtain an evaluation of the company, seeking to anticipate the problem and guarantee continuity in the organization, always giving the most appropriate.
