Corporate strategic management, the subject of the current work, can be seen as the way by which the organization develops its planning to ensure that the vision of the future and its goals are achieved, analyzing possible scenarios and defining and redefining its course over time. With this definition, then, it is intended to help the company that will be crafted using strategic management to create the development of the following project, implementing new concepts and tips, also accompanying the current form of service to increment it. The following development will take place from the use of the knowledge learned in Business Law, Budget Management and Strategy and Compliance. Furthermore, it will be analyzed how is the situation of the tax regime to which the company belongs to simulate what would be the taxes of the same in the other tax regimes, in order to verify if there is or not advantage in changing your regime, and also identifying your strengths and weaknesses, reinforcing the strengths and circumventing the weak with growth strategies, in conjunction with bringing in tips about the rights involved around your company and also about how to optimize your menu and variants that influence sales
