    This work, associated with the eighth module of the Administration course, aims to develop a consultancy project for the company Casa Maieru, demonstrating how it can then gain a competitive advantage through the benefits offered by Lei do Bem nº 11.196/2005 which, by In turn, it is nothing more than a government incentive created for companies that invest in RD&I and have the Real Profit taxation regime. With this, this project will provide the organization with a manual showing the step-by-step process for adhering to the benefits of the Lei do Bem, as well as examples of success, analyzes and projections carried out for observation of the company, through the study units of the semester.

Furthermore, they are also a very sensitive part of the organization and, therefore, the extreme importance of a effective people management, so that leaders and their subordinates are in tune with the mission, vision and values ​​of the company. As such, this Extension Project (EP) work, associated with the sixth module of the Business Administration course, aims to develop a project of consultancy for the School of Business - UNIFEOB and present actions that show how they can work and improve their People Management and, with that, to further leverage its sector.

    The company BLT - Horse Racing is directly linked to technology, as it is through this that manages to analyze the sports investment market in which invest. Specifically in the sport of horse racing, the company works making analyzes of this betting market that basically works like the stock market, as there are up and down trends in the market and in especially in sport where we can arrive at the probability of an outcome based on the study of previous statistics and results. Based on this market study and statistical analysis, the company is able to offer its consulting service in racing investments in horse, for clients who want to invest in this market, or become a trader sporty.

    This Integrated Project aims to show Banco do Brasil and its concern with sustainability, which involves the environmental, economic and social pillars. We chose this financial institution for being the first in Brazil and for its commitment to sustainability. We will demonstrate this through the study units of this module, namely: Scientific Methodology, explaining how to do research, structure the texts and format the work completely.
