Much has been discussed about the importance of having an organizational climate favorable to the good being of the collaborators, but there are many assumptions of what to be done for this to become real in the company. That said, this consulting project will have as its main objective to identify points of improvement that the chosen company has at this moment around the aspect of people management. Once this survey is carried out, ideas and projections of what can be carried out in the establishment, so that not only the organizational climate as a whole improve itself, but also the motivation of each employee; the decision making of entrepreneurs who will be able to be more assertive based on the good relationship acquired, which therefore leads to a better view of what happens in the company; develop goals and realistic and appropriate metrics that meet the needs of the organization; identify if the functions of each employee is being fulfilled in the ideal way without overloading or non-fulfillment of the same and consequently, to obtain an objective leadership and focused on the data obtained to develop an optimal plan for growth of the company, which is also reflected in the perception of customers, who can collaborate so that the it is a potential market reference in this area.

This Extension Project aims to provide consultancy to the company Wi7h, helping its growth, relating it to financial and accounting analyses, acting economically for greater profit, target audience satisfaction and strong regional competition. This Integrated Project aims to showcase the company Grupo NotreDame Intermedica and how she deals with her internal and external problems. When analyzing the company in general, we could observe that it has as main objective, to be emphasis on making quality health care accessible to all, conveying confidence and seriousness towards its customers. We will present a report on the company, taking advantage of the lessons learned from each study unit, in order to analyze mainly the economic part of the organization through the Income Statement for the Year and Balance Sheet. In addition, we will have calculations of liquidity, profitability and indebtedness for an expanded view of your revenues. After researching the results of the Balance Sheet and Statement of Income for the Year, in the previous years that the company obtained, we were able to prepare a projection of the next three years, in which it can be observed if the organization will or will not have a good income.

As a proposal of our work, we would like to develop the matters seen in the administration modules and putting into practice everything we learned in class, aiming to focus objectively on solving problems related to Marketing Business. Bring good marketing strategies seen in classes and analyzing what can be implemented. Consider the entire market in which the company operates, bringing information about the horse racing betting branch and why this branch still suffers from prejudice in Brazil will help to understand which aspects should still be placed as a point of attention entering this field of activity.
