    Founded in 1965, the UNIFEOB Institution was already intended to be recognized by thousands of people. The first area of ​​education offered was the law degree opened in the year 1966, after 5 years Unifeob opened the Philosophy, Sciences and Letters course and with the Over the years, new courses have emerged. After 54 years, the Institution serves around than 5,000 students with more than 7 teaching areas with professors and collaborators highly qualified in order to better serve them.

    The Integrated Project (IP) Management of Labor Liabilities, aims to guide in the development, analysis and solution of three labor liabilities. For that we chose Empresa Singullar Perfumaria, a company developed in the third module. At Singullar, the owner partners are responsible for managing the herself, with the help of two psychologist collaborators and cleaning that suffered the labor liabilities of overtime, delayed vacations and 13th defeated. Based on the definition of labor liabilities, calculations were made for to periods based on the Selic rate, obtaining the total referring to each liability. so it was possible the development of quantitative calculations, accounting statements, liquidity and profitability indicators, risk analysis and strategies.

    According to the project's proposal, we developed Círculos da Comunicação, which is a chat application with diverse subjects where the individual, in addition to having a space to express himself, can also share experiences and knowledge. The app was created based on a conversation survey, the user will have the option to enter specific rooms with themes that the app itself will make available or create their own chat and the best at any time.

    In the present work, the target of the consulting project was the Fundação de Teaching Octávio Bastos, located in the municipality of São João da Boa Vista, with great visibility in the academic field in your region. The main points that will be addressed by the study units will be gradually implemented in the project, as the main financial variables, accounting, economic and administrative aspects of this foundation, in order to prepare the statements and company balance sheets, analyze the economic scenario and its organizational structure. In addition, Porter's theories on relationships between companies were studied, competing companies and consumers (clients) and applied in the company in question, being thus to demonstrate ways to achieve greater profit returns according to your audience target. In addition to these conditions, the macroeconomic conditions of the company were evaluated, inserted within the national economy, subject to suggestions for possible decision-making in the future by the administrative board of the institution. In this way, the extension project aims at the exchange of knowledge among students, data made available by the foundation and has the assistance of teachers and coordinators, benefiting from knowledge acquired during classes, putting them into practice, demonstrating ways to improve or adjust some points demonstrated in the exercise result.

The company presented was Sabor de Família, it is a company active in the retail trade of goods in general, with a predominance of food products - mini-markets, grocery stores, warehouses, where it also supplies food prepared mainly for home consumption, its headquarters are located in the city of Cravinhos, the franchise we provide consultancy and Anita Cristina Martiello located in Avenida Doutor Durval Nicolau, 1016, Jardim Nova São João in the city of São João da Boa Vista, whose store has been in operation since October 15, 2021.
