In this work we chose to evaluate a beef cattle production area, on a property that works with the cattle breeding stage. The focus of the assessment was to analyze the system as a whole and make recommendations techniques to increase productivity and income in the long term, taking into account the need for establish sustainable management, with improvements in the fixation of organic matter, reduction of liabilities environmental issues, rational use of technologies, inputs and implements. The rational use of pastures is not simple. Forage plants are part of a dynamic and complex ecosystem in their interaction with the soil and animals. Natural disturbances, such as pests, diseases, drought or inadequate management, can result in a drop in system productivity. Only after knowing all the components of the production system and of its profile is that grazing management starts to be considered — that is, the focus becomes the harvest of forage produced in quantity and quality. Considering these aspects relating to the composition and structure of animal production systems in pastures makes clear the need and essentiality of existence of a harmonious and stable association between the forage plant and the physical environment, first (basic premise), before animal resources can be considered as an integral part of the land use proposal

Germination and emergence of seedlings is the starting point for the growth and development process. development of all annual crop plants, therefore, good germination and emergence of seeds to achieve high yield, among other factors. The objective was to evaluate the emergence and initial growth of seedlings in different cultivation locations. On August 19, 2023, at the UNIFEOB School Farm, experiments were carried out for the subject “Seed Production and Technology”.1 There were four experiments with planting corn seed (Zea mays), cultivar Nidera NS 90 in 18 culture cells, with three different depths (3 cm, 5 cm and 10 cm). O planting substrate was Garden Plus, composed of peat, with mineral fertilizers (N=0.01%, P2O5=0.06% and K2O=0.03%) and calcitic limestone (3.0%), plus sand. The proportion it was 3/1 (Garden Plus/sand) for the four experiments. It was conducted in three locations: 2 São João da Boa Vista/SP, 1 Mogi Guaçu/SP and 1 Muzambinho/MG.

On the company's website there is information that the property promotes sporting activities such as motor racing, adventure sports, livestock farming and environmental conservation. It has a vast area of Atlantic Forest with rich biodiversity of fauna and flora. There is reference that the region has several springs, with 17 fully fenced lakes, and also has a mineral water source. More than 100,000 native tree seedlings were planted and a partnership was signed three years ago with the Onça Safari group.

Several techniques, which are considered strategic, have been added to the process productive, mainly those that offer maintenance or improvement of environmental conditions, highlighting green manure. Established fertilization green as a habit by which suitable plants are aggregated or preserved in coverage, before they complete their vegetative cycle, to maintain or increase the capacity soil productivity (AMABLEE, ETAL, 1996). In common, legumes are preferred as green fertilizers due to their ability to utilization of atmospheric nitrogen, through the deep root system, high production of biomass and lower C/N ratio, beneficial to decomposition however, plants from other families can be used for this purpose, especially if the objective is to maintenance of soil cover, and not the incorporation of residues into the soil (MENEZES, LEANDRO, 2004).

Established the fertilization green as a habit by which suitable plants are aggregated or conserved in coverage, before they complete their vegetative cycle, to maintain or increase the capacity soil productivity (AMABILE, ETAL, 1996). In common, legumes are preferred as green manures due to their ability to utilization of atmospheric nitrogen, by the deep root system, high production of biomass and lower C/N ratio, beneficial to decomposition however, plants from other families can be used for this purpose, especially if the objective is to maintenance of the soil cover, and not the incorporation of residues in the soil (MENEZES, LEANDRO, 2004). Other benefits of green manuring are the stimulation of biological activity and the diversity of edaphic biota, retention of nutrients remaining from crops previous ones, the reduction of the erosive process, the introduction of alternative hosts for natural enemies of pests and diseases, in addition to the possibility of species suppression spontaneous plants (PEREIRA, 2004). Tropical legumes such as Crotalaria spectabilis are widely used in agriculture as green manure, mulch, nitrogen fixation, nematodes, nutrient recycling, among others.(CERQUEIRA, D.C.O 2011). AGRO MOGIANA LTDA, a company headquartered in Mogi Mirim-SP, has in its technical staff 6 agronomists and these are partners. The company is in full expansion process, having acquired Terra Vermelha Farm in Rio Verde-GO, which has an area of 1000 ha focused on the production of soy and corn
