    The theme of this IP is “COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TEAMS IN ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT” where our objective is to explain how the communication process between teams in organizations using the example of a real company, in this case, the company WI7H. In order to obtain information about the company, an interview was carried out. with a company manager, where we collect the information necessary for the realization of this project. The WI7H company has a working model in the horizontal concept, that is, model in which all decisions are taken by everyone together and not just by the leadership thus facilitating communication between all levels of the organization

    In this Integrated Project, we will address the title “WORKING LIABILITIES IN COMPANIES” where the purpose is to explain about the possible labor liabilities that a company can suffer after the admission of its employees. Labor liabilities are the debts that the company acquires when it does not comply with its obligations to the employee. Our project is based on the elaboration of a company from its foundation to its hiring of its employees, reflecting on how to proceed in its relations with the themselves, seeking to avoid a labor liability.
