    In this scientific article, the theme “the evolution of coffee management over the years” was addressed, this culture underwent several changes, but that helped it to maintain its profits, everywhere development process was carried out with the help of the coffee grower from Caconde Paulo Moreira, the himself has more than 20 years of experience with grain management and has lived through this transition. The importance of culture for the economy of the eastern region of São Paulo was also addressed, the culture forms part of a large part of its economy and is the main means of survival of several families in the region.

    The objective of this Integrated Project, entitled “Financial and Economic Indicators for Decision Making”, is to conduct a detailed analysis of Zanatta Pães e Doces LTDA. The analysis will be conducted using management indicators to assist in decision making, aiming to optimize financial management and improve the company’s economic performance. The project focuses on assessing the financial health and economic efficiency of Zanatta Pães e Doces LTDA. To this end, the company’s financial and operational data will be collected and analyzed. The analysis will include the assessment of key financial indicators, such as liquidity, profitability, solvency and efficiency, through financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow).
