The Integrated Project (PI) aims to simulate the financial impact of terminating an employee by analyzing the payback in their cash flow. In this project we will address the difference between remuneration and salary, it is common to find people who do not know what each one means and how to differentiate them. In this project, we will discuss risk and return, demonstrating that they go hand in hand. It is necessary to know that the larger the investment, the greater the chance of gains.

The corporate organization is one of the pillars for the birth of a company and this work aims to explore about a corporate reorganization, whose purpose is to carry out an analysis of the facts and processes of corporate reorganization, in particular, a case study involving recent real situations, focusing on the company studies “UnileverBrasilIndustrialLtda” and “PerdigãoS/A” which signed a joint venture agreement and within this scenario all the arguments of this project will be developed.

The company chosen was Magazine Luiza S/A. We chose this company based on it to be one of the largest retail stores in Brazil, thus facilitating information for its study base.
