    This article guides us on the context of education in Brazil, pointing out the problems and comparing it with private education, both in basic education and in higher education. It shows the challenges faced, mainly by the public network, and seeks to point out ways for evolution. The text presents tools that are already used and others that are being developed to make life easier for teachers, students, and in a macro scenario, how these technologies can benefit society as a whole.
