    The food industry has been looking for new conservation alternatives and greater effectiveness in controlling the shelf life of foods, over the years, new methods are discovered and used in various processed foods, but in recent years, the discovery of natural antioxidants has called for the attention of researchers, mainly due to the ability to preserve natural and fast-deteriorating foods such as fish.
