In this Integrated Project (PI), whose theme is “UPDATING VALUES BY THE IGP-M”, we will use the IGP-M method as a basis, which means the General Market Price Index, updating the values of Net Income and Shareholders' Equity for the last three years of the Americanas S/A, using the IGP-M method, is one of the most used indicators to measure inflation and monitor price variations.

To carry out this Integrated Project, the company chosen was the Municipality of Aguaí. Today it has more than eight hundred permanent employees, in addition to employees from outsourced companies and employees who provide services through Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). We intend to show how public administration happens, since to carry out small tasks such as the janitor of a square, it requires effective communication between employees from different sectors, so that they form a committed team to carry out the necessary tasks. And how the mayor acts in the face of day-to-day conflicts.

This project was developed with the aim of demonstrating economic and business development based on arguments about GDP and its importance in measuring the country's economic growth, as well as an analysis of the importance of the entrepreneur's perception of the economic scenario and its capacity adaptation and identification of opportunities and threats presented both in the national and international market.

The present study, whose theme is "ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND THEIR SOCIAL IMPACTS", will have the purpose of analyzing the company Natura Cosméticos S/A, approaching the experience with the implementation of an environmental management system and the possible social impacts caused by the their use in the society around them. The ISO 14001 system, its socio-environmental and economic benefits and impacts will also be addressed.
