This integrated project will talk about the need for a full service beauty salon, focused on constantly offering high satisfaction, providing excellent service, with high quality products, providing a pleasant environment with a price/performance ratio. Located in the central region, the commercial point is inserted in a mini mall, in a strategic location, with a large flow of people. The “ESSENCE BEAUTY” salon will offer services exclusively to women of all ages. Six employees will be hired, who will work with personalized service, and will be dedicated to building long-term relationships with each client.

The Environmental Management System consists of a set of management procedures in order to make the production process or service provision of a company as sustainable as possible. It is through the SGA that the company determines its environmental management, the environmental objectives and indicators and how they will be monitored, in addition to defining which processes affect the environment.
