In this article we seek to portray the main causes that still generate labor practices analogous to slavery, and why, in addition to being hidden by the media; What still continues to encourage you within the market? Both for the employer, especially within the rural work field, still opts for this system, and for the worker who, despite experiencing the arduous precarious consequences provided within this system, in many cases does not recognize the situation in which he finds himself, whether due to their naivety derived from their lack of information regarding their rights, or the false ideal that they will not get a better opportunity. From a search for data and articles that report what this reality is like, and that provide all the necessary information to support this topic, we brought a more intimate and personal look to this topic through interviews, thus answering what drives the human being generating this whole scenario.
