With the aim of making the use of the knowledge of the subjects related to this expert module with my own analogy, I undertake to carry out such project individually, with that the intention of this project obtains coherence in affirm the information presented here truthfully and consistent with the practice applied by me due to the performance of activities in a leadership position in the company that will be described later. According to what I learned, I was able to apply the information acquired and with that being able to see the results according to the behavior of the team.
